Automatic captions that look as good as your video.
Upload a video and Vidtone writes timed captions from the speech. Fix any word, choose a look, and export a captioned video ready to post.

How it works
From upload to a finished video.
Upload your video
Vidtone listens to the speech and writes captions timed to each line, so you never type out a transcript or line up timestamps by hand.
Review and make it yours
Fix any word in place without breaking the timing, and save names or brand terms once so they are spelled right next time. Then pick a style and adjust the font, colours, size, and position.
Export and post
Frame it for vertical, square, or widescreen, trim the start and end, and download an MP4. Need a subtitle file as well? Export SRT or VTT.

FAQ
Common questions
Upload a video and Vidtone transcribes the speech into captions timed to the audio. You review the draft in the editor, fix anything that is off, and export when you are happy with it.
Yes. Edit any word in the transcript, split or merge caption lines, and adjust their timing. Text corrections keep the original timing, and a glossary remembers names and brand terms for future videos.
Yes. Start from a ready-made style, then adjust the font, colours, size, outline, background, and position. Styles that highlight the spoken word follow the speaker when word timing is available.
English, Hindi, and Hinglish (Hindi and English mixed in the same sentence). Choose the language when you upload or let Vidtone detect it. Hindi words can be shown in Latin letters or Devanagari; this changes how words are written, it is not translation. Other languages are not supported yet.
Accuracy depends on audio quality, accents, and how much the speaker mixes languages. Treat the draft as a starting point: review names and mixed-language phrases, and save repeated fixes to your glossary.
Download an MP4 with the captions burned in, framed for vertical, square, or widescreen. You can also download SRT or VTT subtitle files. Vidtone does not post for you, so upload the file to Instagram, YouTube, or anywhere else yourself.
